MISS VAN ZON, JUNIOR AT HIGH SCHOOL DIES

Miss Gladys Van Zon, sixteen, a junior at the Lincoln high school and a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Van Zon, 837 North Eleventh street passed away at an early hour this morning at the hospital, her death being a sad shock to her parents and school mates. She underwent an operation for appendicitis three weeks ago and returned home only to suffer complications and after a week's stay at the home was taken to the hospital again for a second operation in a vain effort to save her life.

Besides the parents, two sisters, Lucile and Florence and one brother, Joseph Jr., also survive.

Burial will take place Monday morning at 9:30 from the home and at ten o'clock from the Sacred Heart church, with interment at Calvary cemetery.
