She was born June 16, 1920 in Hartland, VT a daughter of Henry Dewey Parker and Georgianna Jones Parker. Thelma attended school in Hartland and later moved to the Town of Hartford where she was married and raised her family. She moved to Florida as a young woman and lived there for most of her adult life, working for many years at Clopay Aluminum Door Manufacturing in Hialeah, FL retiring as shipping supervisor. Thelma returned to Vermont in 2004 to be nearer to her son and daughter-in-law.
Thelma is survived by her children Edward N. Brower and his wife Nancy H. of Barnet, VT and Judith Lee Humphrey and her husband James of Homosassa, FL as well as both their families.
Private burial services will be held in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Enfield, NH with her husband Arthur. Their will be no visiting hours or public service at Thelma's request.
