Two deaths in one day was the toll the grim reaper collected in Didsbury on Tuesday and both were little children... The second one occurred about 11 a.m., when Roberta Dowdell, the little flaxen haired four year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Dowdell succumbed to the after effects of diphtheria. Both children were bright little ones and were greatly liked by every one who knew them. The parents of both the little ones have the heartfelt sympathy of the whole community in their sad loss.
