He was born June 5, 1971, in Driggs, Idaho, and had lived in Cheyenne since 1992.
He worked at KRRR Broadcasting in information technology, volunteered at Laramie County Fire District 2 and enjoyed working on computers.
Mr. Echols is survived by his mother, Mildred Echols of Cheyenne; and his siblings, Myra Jean Wombacker of Chugwater, Bonnie Redman of Lander, Lee Nelson of Canyon, Texas, Paula Ann Franklin of Mills and Everett Paul Nelson of Cheyenne.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clarence Echols.
