Bethesda Bible Christian Church
Bethesda chapel was built in 1861 at the centre of Lot 20, on the east-side of the quarter line in Con. II. Trustees were: Thomas Green, Samuel W. Davidson, Philip Mark Sr., John Dix and William Prouse. A burying ground was established behind the chapel. The church was used until 1889 when the new Valentia church opened. The building was sold that year and moved across the road to be used as a home.
