June Holsey, 83, of Strabane, died Wednesday, December 5, 2007, in Canonsburg General Hospital.
She was born June 26, 1924, in Houston, a daughter of Oscar and Rhoda Fike Frantz .
Mrs. Hosley attended Canonsburg High School and was a factory worker for 37 years at the former RCA in Meadow Lands.
She was a member of First United Presbyterian Church of Houston.
Mrs. Holsey enjoyed bowling in several leagues and spending time with her family.
Her husband, John Holsey, died January 5, 2001.
Surviving are two sisters, Wilda Putrn and Lois Strimel, and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her husband, are a sister, Lona Lawther, and three brothers, Arnold, Bernard and Shell Frantz .
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday in McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston (724-745-2350), where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, December 7, with the Rev.
