Our loving mother and grandmother, Maggie Bryan Culley, 86, passed away on October 8, 1996 at her daughter's home in Alpine, Utah.
She was born February 3, 1910 in Erda, Utah to William Henry Bryan and Emily Lindberg.
She married Arthur B. Culley on August 2, 1935 in the Logan Temple. Arthur died May 28, 1996.
Maggie was an active member of the LDS Church, serving in the Primary and Relief Society. She served a mission with her husband to Nashville, Tennessee.
Survived by four children: Jay (Rona) Culley and Allen (Shannon) Culley, both of West Valley City; Marilyn (Tom) Nixon of Alpine, and Bonnie (Lani) Haacke of Orem; eighteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, three sisters, Thelma Hansen, Mary Bird, and June Alcorn; and one brother, Ray Bryan. Preceded in death by three brothers, Farrell, Arthur, and Aaron Bryan; sister, Mazel Burr; and one grandchild, Stacey Culley.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 12, 1996 at Valley View Funeral Home, 4335 West 4100 South, where friends may call one hour prior to the services.
Interment: Valley View Memorial Park.
