Mrs. Sherrange was a graduate of the Saint Vincent School of Nursing and had taught there. As a registered nurse, she had worked at Hamot Medical Center, Millcreek Community Hospital and retired as a psychiatric counseling nurse at Saint Vincent Health Center in 1983.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Joseph, Peter, George and Steven Plavcan.
Survivors include three sons, Daniel T. Sherrange and his wife Linda, of Chantilly, Va., David L. Sherrange and his wife Cheryl, of Pittsburgh and Timothy L. Sherrange and his wife Terri, of Glouchester, Va.; two daughters, Mary Ann Richardson and her husband Robert, of Springfield, Va., and Barbara Daniels and her husband Ronald, of Erie; three sisters, Mary Plavcan, Anne Hathaway and Elizabeth Weber, all of Erie; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.
Burial will be at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
