Marion Elizabeth Adams, 78, of Nazareth, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 13, 2006, in St. Lukes Hospice House, Bethlehem, in the presence of her loving family. Born November 18, 1927 in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was the daughter of Clarence M. Cronin and Mary (Neenan) Cronin. Marion was married to her husband, Harry G. Adams, for 58 years. Throughout her life, she was employed by the Baker Chemical Company, Phillipsburg, N.J., The American Red Cross of Pennington, N.J., and Rhea & Derrick Drugs, Palmer Township, Pa. She shared her love of life with others through her many volunteer activities. She assisted the residents of the Oliver Border House, Nazareth through the Social Outreach Services Program of Holy Family Parish, the childrens reading program at Holy Family Elementary School, and various health screenings performed by the St. Lukes Visiting Nurses Association. Marion found her greatest enjoyment in the many activities and achievements of her children and grandchildren including sporting events, theater and concert performances and academic awards. For many years, Marion and her husband also enjoyed camping trips with fellow members of the Southampton Pioneers Camping Club. She was a third level black belt in the Knights of the Yardstick Society. She was formerly a member of St. Roccos Roman Catholic Church, Martins Creek, Pa. and was currently a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Nazareth. Survivors: In addition to her husband, she is survived by a brother, Robert C. Cronin of Palmer Township, her five sons, Thomas and his wife, Joan, of Pen Argyl, Richard and his wife, Barbara, Keith and his wife Denice, Kevin and his wife, Lorre, and Timothy and his wife, Cindy, all of Nazareth; 11 grandchildren.
