William C. Fink, 74, of Alton, died at St. Anthony's Hospital after a two-year illness. He was foreman in the forming department at Owens-Illinois Inc. for 48 years until retiring in 1962. He was born June 12, 1898, at Malden, Mo. Surviving are his widow, the former Edith Curbey, Whom he married Dec. 9, 1918 in Alton and three sisters, Mrs. Rose Vaughn of Harrisburg, Ill, Mrs. Marie Relanger of Alton and Mrs. Juanita Barnett of Oleda, Ill.
