Edith E. Fink, 92, died at 2:40 p.m. Monday, March 27, 1989, at Alton Memorial Hospital. She and her husband had owned and operated Fink’s Aquarium of Alton several years before retiring. Born in Taylorville, Ill., her parents were the late Robert and Mary (Chaplin) Curvey. On Dec. 9, 1918, in Alton, she married William C. Fink. He died Oct. 23, 1972. Surviving are two sisters, Mary Schaller of Godfrey and Dorothy Hacke of St. Louis; and a brother, Homer Curvey of Godfrey. Two sisters and two brothers preceded her in death. (Alton Telegraph)
