Alabama Coast Arty Corp., WWII.

Known as Dillard to his friends and family. Dillard's parent's are now buried with him at Old Harmony, Ethel Samples McEntyre and Jesse Marion McEntyre. Dillard had two brother's Dan the youngest and R.T. the eldest. He also had two sisters, Ozella and Ruth. His life cut short not by war or accident, but taken on purpose by the anger of a friend in the heat of an argument, which most likely had blame on both sides.
I commerate his courage for his enlistment and service in the military.
Sorrow for his parent's and family who had to endure the loss of such a young man.
