Ruby Smith Mays, 68, resident of Union Township, Ohio, formerly of Oneida,[TN] passed away June 7, 2005. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry C. Mays. She is survived by her children: Charles R. "Laura" Mays, Kimberly "Paul" Richendollar, Laronda "Larry" Moore, Owen "Cheri" Mays, Regina "Richard" Chance, and Christopher C. "Kayla" Mays; 19 grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, sisters and brother: Phyllis Noble of Cincinnati, Ohio, and Charlene Posey, Millard, Clifford, Hezekiah, and Herbert Smith, all of Tennessee; and many other relatives. Funeral service was conducted June 11, at E.C. Nurre Funeral Home. Interment followed in Mt. Moriah Cemetery. E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia, Ohio, had charge of arrangements.
