He earned his BA and Master's Degrees from Brigham Young University and did graduate work in southern California; graduating from North Pacific Dental College in 1945. He held licenses in Washington, Oregon, and California. Prior to his career in dentistry, Dr. Lundquist taught music in New Mexico, Utah, and Idaho. A violinist, he was concert master of the Brigham Young University Orchestra. Dr. Lundquist was a member of the LDS Church, Longview Second LDS Ward. Dr. Stephen J. Lundquist died May 27, 1994, at St. John Medical Center.
Survived By: His wife, Ruth; a daughter, Carol Ann Isenhart, both of Longview, WA; a brother, Earl B. Lundquist; a sister, Ruth O. Rebentisch, both of Salt Lake City; two grandchildren, Christina Del Zotto and Barry Lee Isenhart Jr., of Longview, WA.
