PORTWOOD, Ella Faye (nee: Ball) 74, of Lebanon, passed away on Monday December 19, 2011. Born November 15, 1937 in Pine Knot, KY to Sherman and Etta-Lora Ball , she was a devoted member of the Fellowship Baptist Church in Lebanon. She also volunteered for many years with the Fellowship Tract League. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Donald Portwood, two brothers, Don and Lewie Ball, and a sister, Pauline Webb. Survivors include her two daughters, Pam (John) Henry and Lisa (Randy) McFarland, both of Lebanon, two brothers, Dillard and Bennie Ball, both of Pine Knot, KY, two sisters, Aileen Haston and Elsie Smith, both of Dayton, OH, two step daughters, Barbara DeBoard of Lebanon and Freida Bishop of Crab Orchard, KY, seven grandchildren, Tiffany Frye, Rocky Miracle, Kristen Lamb, Heather Poteet, Alyssa Wheatley, Kaelah Wheatley, and Lexi Henry, five step grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Visitation, Thursday December 22, 2011 from 11 AM till 1 PM with the funeral service immediately following, all at the Fellowship Baptist Church. Interment follows in Deerfield Cemetery, South Lebanon. Memorials requested to the Fellowship Tract League. Arrangements by the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home, Lebanon.
