BELOIT -- Phyllis E. Booth, 69, Beloit, died Thursday Aug. 2, 2001, at Via Christi-St. Francis Hospital in Wichita.

Mrs. Booth was born Phyllis E. Suiter on Feb. 21, 1932, at Beatrice, Neb., She was a child care provider.

Survivors include her husband, Robert of the home; three sons, Rock Olmsted of Delphos, Michael Olmsted of LaGrande, Ore., and Kirby Olmsted of McMinnville, Ore.; a stepson, Bob Booth of Castle Rock, Colo.; two daughers, Linda Kalman of Brewster, N.Y., and Connie Goodin of Augusta; two stepdaughters, Debbie Orcutt of Denver and Dana Welck of Whitney, Texas; a brother William Suiter, Jr. of Columbus Neb.; 19 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at McDonald Funeral Home, 910 N. Campbell, Beloit 67420.
Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery, Beloit.

Memorial may be made to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Foundation.
Visitation will be at the funeral home.
