Mrs. Emily Faust, 95, a widow of Adolph Faust, died Sunday at Finley Hospital after a two month illness. Services will be held Tuesday by Rev. Max Strang, pastor of First Congregational Church. Burial will be in Linwood Cemetery. Born May 15, 1959 in Dubuque county, she was a daughter of Mr and Mrs. J.F. Pillard. She lived her entire life in this vicinity. She was married to Adolph Faust in 1879. Survivors are three sons, George, Cedar Falls, IA; Emeral, Zwingle and Raymond, Dubuque; one daughter, Mrs. Guy (Laural) Brouillard, Dubuque; 21 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren. Besides her husband and parents she was preceded by five sons, three sisters and four brothers.
