Anthony was drafted by the US Army.
Upon arriving in Vietnam 4 July 1968, Anthony was assigned to C Company, 4th
Battalion, 22nd Infantry, 25th Infantry Division, USARV. Anthony was riding in a truck convoy that was ambushed by hostile forces and he died as a result of
multiple fragmentation wounds to the chest from a hostile explosive device.
Survived by his parents, Mr & Mrs R Signa of New York.
