OWEN PRESTON JONES of Orlando, FL, a long time resident of Sanford, he was the son of Preston and Elma Jones, the oldest of 3. Owen was a 25 year, WWII, Korean and Vietnam, U.S. Navy veteran retiring as Chief Petty Officer, was a member of the NRA and Fleet Reserve Association. He will be remembered by his loving partner and her children, Cap and Kirk. Surviving are his step-daughter, Shirley (Jerry) and their son. Visitation will be held September 6, 2013 at the Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home in Sanford, FL.
