He is survived by wife Jean R. BINIEWSKI WOODS; daughter (*living, name deleted*); sons (*name deleted*), brothers Richard (Helen) SAWICKI and Arthur WOODS; and seven grandchildren.
Mr. Woods was predeceased by brother Vincent SAWICKI.
He worked as proprietor of Woods Watch Repair and belonged to the American Legion "Plewack" No. 799, South Towns Walleye Association, the Jewelers Board of Trade, and the Buffalo Chamber of Commerce.
