Singer. A one time page boy at the age of 14, he worked for the London Palladium and later performed there as a pop singer. He was Britain's top singing star during the 1950's and was named Best Male Singer from 1952 to 1958. He later toured Australia and South America and also worked in television, cabaret and nightclubs. Valentine died in an auto accident.
