Jennifer Sawyer, of Morristown, passed away at her home Wednessday morning, Oct. 20, 2004 following a battle with cancer.

She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Mary Combs and grandfather Venus Royston. Survivors include her husband Mark Sawyer; sons Andrew Sawyer and Brandon Sawyer and wife Lindsay; parents Harold and Judy Royston; mother-in-law Pat Owens; grandmother Stella Royston; grandfather Guy Combs; and several other relatives and a lot of good friends whom she loved.

Jennifer was graduate of Morristown Hamblen High School West and Lipscomb University with a degree in accounting. She was co-owner of Malar Lighting. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be 8 pm Thursday, Oct. 21, in the Chapel of Mayes Mortuary with Minister O'dell Davidson officiating. Graveide services will be 11 am Friday, Oct. 22 in Hamblen Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends 6-8 pm Thursday, prior to the services at the mortuary.
