FINAL RITES FOR LITTLE ANN BYRD

On the evening of March 8th, at 5:00 o'clock, the Spirit of little Ann Byrd took its flight to the beautiful home, and by Angels was borne back to the God who gave it. Little Ann was seventeen months old. She was sick for a number of days with pneumonia in Touro Infirmary, and all that medical skill and loving hands could do was done, but her mission on earth was over and from loving hands she was taken away.

Funeral services were conducted at the home of her parents on Thursday afternoon, at 3:00 o'clock, with the Rev. J. R. Reedy, pastor of the Baptist church officiating. Interment was in the City cemetery. She leaves to mourn her loss her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Otis Byrd, and one brother, Otis, Jr.
