Maxine was the second child of Bert and Effie (Boren) Stepp, and the GrandDaughter of Thomas and Sarah (Jacobs) Stepp, and the GrandDaughter of Adison and Sarah Jane (Wicker) Boren. She Married Harold Clifton Small on July/2/1930. In time they had six children together, they were, Melvin J. "Sam" Small, Tony Wayne Small, Betty Jo Small (Castor), William R. Small, Jerry M. Small, and Joyce Sue Small (Mckinney). Maxine was 87 years old when she died.
