According to the Tennessee Valley Authority, Edgar Dial was originally buried in Sweat Cemetery in Union County. He was relocated to Bakers Forge Memorial Cemetery in 1934, as part of TVA's Norris Dam grave relocation project. TVA lists his cause of death as 'lung', and his birth/death years as 1905-1912.
