Obituary in The State, Columbia, SC, 20 Jun 1964: Chapin - Ollie Killian Huffstetler, 72, died Friday in Chapin. He was suddenly stricken while on business in Chapin. Mr. Huffstetler was born and reared in Lexington County, son of the late W. D. and Decie Shealy Huffstetler, and was a retired farmer. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Eva Swygert Huffstetler of Chapin; two sons, Harold L. of Chapin, and Claude E. Huffstetler of Columbia; one daughter, Mrs. Gladys Derrick of Columbia; six brothers, Arthur M., A.L., R.W., M.L., E.L., and H.B. Huffstetler of Chapin and three sisters, Mrs. John Epting, Mrs. Ansel Slice and Mrs. Carl Shealy of Chapin. Funeral services will be held at 5 p.m. Saturday at St. Peters (Pineywoods) Lutheran Church. The body will be at the McSwain Funeral Home.
