The surname Bryan is often listed as "Bryant." Apparently the early Raleigh Death Register listed it as Bryon. In addition, his mother is sometimes listed as "Nancy Merier."
Several of Marion's extended family members (including siblings and in-laws of his mother) are buried in the City Cemetery.
It is very likely that Marion's parents (and even more relatives) are buried here, as well, but until I see obits, we'll just chill.
