Daughter of the late Claude Hanna and Elora (Lanford) Hanna.
A member of Westside Baptist Church, Spartanburg, member of The Joy Sunday School Class, and a Most Faithful Listener to WDRF Radio in Woodruff, SC; graduate of Woodruff High School; and retired from Spartan Mills as a cloth inspector.
Survivors include her husband, Bearl Teague; daughters, Deborah Teague Covan and Cynthia Gall Teague; sister, Linda Hanna Fenn; granddaughter, Amanda Teague Rhodes (Dustin); great-grandchildren, Jacob and Hunter.
Predeceased by three brothers, J P Hanna (1919–1925), W Raymond Hanna (1925–1995), and Claude Tillman Hanna (1937–1985); and four sisters, Sarah Mae Hanna (1922–1988), Laurice Hanna Atkinson (1928–1999), Ruby Hanna (1930–1933), and Lois Hanna (1933–1933).
Visitation was held 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Saturday, August 27, 2005, at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Woodruff, SC.
Funeral Services were held 3:00 p.m., Sunday, August 28, 2005, at Forest Hills Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by Rev. Eddie Burris. Interment was in Greenhaven Memorial Gardens, Woodruff, SC.
