She was born November 9, 1922 in Lincoln County to the late Grover William Smith and Eldee Lovelace Smith Alexander.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years the late Morgan Leroy White.
Addie was a retired textile employee having performed many different jobs during her career.
She was a member of Crestview Baptist Church. Her other interests and hobbies included writing poems, studying the Bible, fishing and the outdoors. She was a nature lover and loved all of God's creation and she loved her family very much.
Addie is survived by two sons, three daughters, one brother, and two sisters. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
