Hazel H. Flowers, 92, died August 24, 2013 at The Shepherd Center, Cimarron.

She was born on February 15, 1921 at Roy, New Mexico, the daughter of Leslie and Harriet (Thompson) Sapp.

She married C.W. Flowers on May 1, 1940, he preceded her in death in January 1984.

Mrs. Flowers and her husband were co owners of Cimarron Grain and Seed company as well as CW's Restaurant and Motel.

She volunteered at the Gray County Over Fifty Senior Center for over twenty years.

She enjoyed quilting in her spare time.

She was a member of the Cimarron First Christian Church of Cimarron, and was also a 4-H craft instructor and Youth friend of Cimarron Grade School.

She is survived by a daughter Jody Wilson and husband Ivan of Cimarron. She is also survived by her grandchildren Aaron Flake and companion Wynona Holderman, Alex and wife Tracy, Anson Flake and wife Katie, Kevin Flowers and wife Debbie, Shawn Flowers and wife Liza, Theresa Stimson and husband Mike, Shane Flowers and wife Katie, Chris Flowers, Joey Manwarren and husband Brent and sixteen great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter Judy K. Flowers and two sons Steven Flowers and Stan Flowers.
