Sam Fondaw Dies Of Burns
Sam Fondaw, 82, of Bandana, died Sunday in Riverside hospital of burns suffered in a fire at his home last week.
Mr. Fondaw was burning off a lot and fell into the fire.
Besides his wife, he leaves four daughters, Mrs. Wilford Throgmorton, Bandana; Mrs. Sherman Holt, Mayfield; Mrs. Bertha Freeman, Needmore; and a daughter who lives in Jackson, Mich.; two sons, Jewell and Fred of Bandana; two brothers, Bud and Hildon Fondaw and a sister, Miss Bettie Fondaw.
Funeral and burial services were held Monday at Needmore.
