A. R. Collins, 89, Dies Yesterday
Funeral Services Will Be Held Tomorrow

A. R. Collins, 89 years old, died at his home, 1319 South C street Sunday at 2:55 p.m. He was born Jan 4, 1851, in Bartholomew county, the son of Rudder and Martha Collins. He married Martha Ellen Kemp of Columbus. Mrs. Collins died Jan. 10. 1913. He is survived by four children, Mrs. Emma Heath, Miami, Fla., and Frank, Zed and Rex Collins all of Elwood. Sixteen grand children and 18 great grandchildren also survive him. Mr. Collins was a member of the Masonic lodge. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p. m. at the Grace Methodist Church. The Rev. E. L. Ferris will conduct the service assisted by the Rev. E. Miley of Windfall. The body will be taken to the church at 12 o'clock to lie in state until the services. Burial will be in the city cemetery.
