Elizabeth, daughter of William Millar, married William Reynolds 1787 Aug 09 in Shenanoah Virginia. They couple moved west intending to go to Scioto County Ohio where Elizabeth had family but stopped at Zanesville because of the weather in 1802. The family remained in Zanesville until Mr. Raynolds' death in 1814. In 1815 Mrs. Reynolds moved her family to Richland County Ohio and to Canton in 1820 where her sons George and William were already living.

Mr. and Mrs. Raynolds were the parents of 14 children, 9 living to majority: Frances [21 Jul 1788 - 13 Dec 1810], William [22 Nov 1789 - 29 Sep 1829], George W [Aug 12 1791 - Jun 24 1847], Elizabeth [1795,] John [1797], Rebekah [28 Jun 1798 - 26 Nov 1854], Franklin [15 Oct 1802- 17 Sep 1827], Jefferson [1806 - 23 Jun 1833], James Madison [20 Mar 1808 - 23 Aug 1883], Eleanor 'Ellen' [1811 - 1849 Sep 03] and Elton Ann [20 Jun 1814 - 31 Jul 1845].

I have yet to find any other information for the following: Frances, Elizabeth and John.
