Mrs. Phillips was born Nov. 29, 1931, in Thebes, the daughter of the late Edgar Bledsoe and Bertha (Roberts) Bledsoe.
She married William Robert Culkin. She later married Clifford Carl "Bud" Phillips, and both preceded her in death. Ora Mae was a housewife and homemaker.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25, 2008, in Jones Funeral Home in Tamms, with the Rev. Mr. James Ghiglione officiating. Burial will be in Mount Zion Cemetery in rural Olive Branch. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24, 2008, at the funeral home.
She was also preceded in death by her parents; six brothers; one sister; a son, Charles Culkin; a son-in-law, Ronald "Ronnie" Ozment; grandson, Joseph Culkin; and a stepdaughter, Christina Phillips.
