Craig Steven Palmer passed away at his home in Asotin, from cancer. He was 51.

He was born Nov. 10, 1954, in Clarkston, to Donavon Ira (Bud) Palmer Sr. and EllaBelle May Lang Palmer. He grew up in Asotin, graduating from Asotin High School in 1972.

He worked as a carpenter with his father all his life.

Craig was a selfless, loving son and brother. He was always willing to offer a helping hand, no matter how big or small the task. He had three loves in life -- cowboy boots, animals and pickup trucks.

He was baptized in the Asotin Methodist Church.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Donavon Ira Palmer Jr.; a niece, Angela May Grieve; grandparents, John and Marion Palmer and Morris and Barbara Lang; a cousin, Billy Greer; and stepgrandpa Slim Dunham.
