KILLEEN — Services for Barbara Ann Lewis, 72, of Killeen, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Crawford Bowers Funeral Home chapel with Rev Randy Binion officiating.
Burial will follow in Killeen City Cemetery.
Mrs. Lewis died Aug. 15, 2003, in Killeen.
She was born Sept. 20, 1931 in Osecola, Iowa.
She was a retired licensed electrologist at Vivian's Cosmo Studio and a past employee at Gates Cleaners sub station. She was a past member of the American Business Women's Association and was a volunteer at Bellhaven Nursing Center.
She was of the Pentecostal faith.
Survivors include three sons, Rick Lewis of Harker Heights, Terry Lewis of Anaheim, Calif., and Randy Lewis; four grandchildren Kristi, Halley, Kelley and Trish; five great-grandchildren Derrick, Kayley, Shelby, Gracie and Natasha.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Lee Lewis, a retired Killeen Police Department captain; two sons, Jeff Lewis and Greg Lewis; three brothers, Wayne Kelley, Frank Kelley and Max Kelley; a sister, Jackie Yockey; and her parents, Olin and Ada Marie Kelley.
The family will receive visitors from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
