Harry G. Maugans, 83,
of 1105 West Church St., died suddenly at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Ray Ford of 816 Guilford Avenue, last night, ages 83 years.
He was a member of Christ's Evangelical and Reformed Church.
Surviving are sons, Harry G. Maugans Jr., Atlanta,Ga.; Ralph R. Maugans, Hagerstown, Md.; daughters, Mrs. William Slick, Hagerstown, Md., Mrs. Gene Riley, Jacksonville, Fla., Mrs. Ray Ford, Mrs. J. G. Hellane both of Hagerstown, Md.; brother, Rexford Maugans, Statesville, N.C.; 17 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
The body may be viewed at the Minnich Funeral Home,where the service will be held Sunday at 3 p. m. by Rev. Dr. Frederick D. Eyster. Interment will be in Rose Hill Cemetery.
