Frank was born February 7, 1928 in Boston, Massachusetts to the late JOSEPH and ROSA (SCOLA) LO PICCOLO. He recently moved to Olney in June, 2013 from Bullhead City, Arizona. He was a plant supervisor for Jonathan Manufacturing in Fullerton, California. Frank and SARAH MALIZIA were married on February 28, 1961 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and five sisters.
Frank is survived by his wife, Sarah Lo Piccolo of Olney, Texas; eight daughters: CATHY Jones and husband Keith of Olney, Texas, TERESA Fernandez and husband West of Huntington Beach, California, GINA Moite and husband Robert of Fresno, California, ELAINE Greenstein, ROSEMARIE Owens and husband Joe, JOANNE Rose and husband Richard, FRANCINE Lo Piccolo and LISA Mooney all of Massachusetts; sixteen grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Memorial Services were held at Lunn Funeral Home Chapel. Friday, August 23, 2013 4:00 p.m.

Frank had many, many friends because he was such a great and fun man. Always made people feel good about themselves. He had a terrific wife and raised 8 fine girls. His home was always filled with family and friends. Some of my best memories are of Frank and family. Many will mourn his loss.
