Native of Denmark, where she was born on Oct. 23, 1885, Mrs. Jensen was married in Denmark on Jan 22, 1908 to James Jensen and they came in that year to Canada, settling near Boissevain, Man. They lived there until moving in 1936 to Glenburn.
There are eight sons and daughters, including Mrs. Mary Deluruck, Deleau, Man.; Mrs. Dagney Gilbertson, Cutbank, Mont.; James Jensen, Belsheim, Minn.; Gordon Jensen, Portland, Ore.; Mrs. Marion Altmeyer, Quincy, Ill.; Merton and Winona Jensen, Glenburn. Another daughter, Mrs. Alma Little, died in 1942 at Boissevain.
