RUTHERFORD, Elvie D.,80, of Tullahoma, passed away Monday, Feb. 26, 2007, at Harton Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Rutherford was born in White County, Tenn., the daughter of the late A.M. and Morrine Emberton Nash. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Tommie H. Rutherford.
She is survived by one son, Tommie Rutherford, Tullahoma; one brother, Clarence Nash, Detroit, Mich.; one sister, Jackie Griffith, Knoxville; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, Feb. 28, at Tullahoma Funeral Home, where funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 1. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery.
