He was born in Morrow, Ohio, on July 20, 1911, and was a lifelong resident of Warren County. Mr. Beltz was a farmer and a member of the Towne Boulevard Church of God. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nora Bell Beltz; a brother, Willie Beltz; half-brothers, Raymon Carder and Frank Carder; and his parents, Arthur and Jennie (Ayers) Beltz.
He leaves his wife, two sons; a daughter; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and nieces

ARRANGEMENTS: Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 11, at Baker-Stevens Funeral Home, 1500 Manchester Ave., Middletown, with Pastors Frank Curtis and Mark Jackson officiating. Interment will be at Butler County Memorial Park in Trenton. Visitation will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
