ABRAMCZYK, Meyer (Majer) Born in Belchatow, Poland. Passed away peacefully in his 88th year with his family by his side. Beloved husband of Edith. Cherished and dedicated father of Toba, Herschel, Paula and Eddie. Adored Zadie of Lauren, Rebecca, Erin, Chelsea, Dylan and Avery. Holocaust survivor, soldier of Israel. Beloved son of Toba and Herschel, and brother of six siblings, who all perished in the Holocaust. Meyer was a brave, stoic, kind hearted, funny, smart and wise man. He dedicated his life to his family. He was loved by all who knew him. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2013 at 12 noon at Steeles Memorial Chapel, 350 Steeles Ave. West, Thornhill. Interment to follow at Bathurst Lawn Cemetery, Tomashov section.
