He died after a 3 year battle with cancer. Services were today at Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Pella. The Rev. James Beranek officiated. Burial was at Graceland Cemetery in Pella. Tyler was born in Pella, the son of Jeff and Marsha Bradley. He was a member of the Pella United Methodist Church and was baptized on Aug. 14, 1994, by the Rev. Neil Cross. He participated in the children's choir for a short time and enjoyed Sunday school. He attended Lincoln Elementary School in Pella for kindergarten and then Jefferson Elementary in Pella for first grade. He had many friends from both schools and the kids were always great with him. He enjoyed reading and math. He played on a soccer team this past fall and was a member of the Tiger Cub Scouts. He had many ambitions and dreams. He enjoyed many different sports and his favorites were baseball, golf and basketball. His favorite basketball team was the Chicago Bulls. Tyler and his family were able to go to Chicago and meet several of the players. He also enjoyed fishing with his family and usually caught the biggest one. Recently he had the opportunity to meet Steve Alford and the Hawkeye basketball team and had made several television commercials with Hayden Fry for the Children's Miracle Network. In June of 1998, the family traveled to Florida and visited all of the Disney parks. Sea World was his favorite. While in Florida, Tyler was able to spend a day at the ocean. He will always be remembered for his courage, smile, and laughter. Survivors include his parents, Jeff and Marsha Bradley of Pella; a sister, Tarin Bradley of Pella; paternal grandparents, Gerald and Patricia Bradley of Ottumwa; maternal grandparents, John and Anita Moss of Muscatine; and two great-grandparents, Frances Ogier of Ottumwa and Lenore Lekin of North English.
