Velden L. Kelley, 80, of Evansville, Ind., former Sioux City resident, died Tuesday at Regina Pacis Nursing Home in Evansville. Services will be 9:30 a.m. Friday at the Ziemer-Schers Funeral Home, Evansville. At 10 a.m., the services will be continued at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Evansville. Burial will be in St. Joseph Mausoleum, Evansville. At the time of his retirement, 15 years ago, Mr. Kelley was a business agent for the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 181. He was a member of the Holy Rosary Catholic Church, the Evansville Country Club and the Kennel Club. Survivors include his wife, Lucille and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Bruckner and Mrs. Ruth Samuels, both of Sioux City.
