Mrs. Germaine (Descoteaux) Vigneault Pouliot, 90, died August 1, 2013, at CRVNA Hospice House in Concord.

Born on December 17, 1922 in Lincoln, RI, Germaine was the daughter of Louis and Alice (Robert) Descoteaux. She spent most of her life in Suncook, but also lived in Michigan and retired to Concord 17 years ago.

She had been employed at the Suncook Mills and the Chicopee Mills. She also spent 15 years at Blue Cross – Blue Shield and worked part time for Royal Caterers.

Germaine was a member of the Ladies of Ste Anne, the Ste Therese Rosebush Society, Forever Young and Sunset. She loved to travel and had organized travel tours for more than 20 years. Always active, she volunteered at the Suncook Senior Center, the RSVP in Concord, and at Red Cross Blood Drives. Germaine loved time spent with family, cooking, going out to eat, and playing Bingo.

Germaine is the widow of Arthur Vigneault, who died in 1963, and Ovila Pouliot, who died in 2004.

Germaine was predeceased by five brothers, Romeo, Leo, Henry, Armand, and Raymond.

Burial in St. John the Baptist Cemetery.
