OBITUARY:
Morrison – Harold W. Beswick, 85, died Thursday night in Morrison Community Hospital.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday in Reynolds Funeral Home and burial in the Grove Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-5 and 7-9 today.
Mr. Beswick was born near Morrison. He married Bessie Tracy, Nov. 18, 1909. She died in 1946.
He farmed in Canada for five years and then near Morrison for 20 years. He was Mount Pleasant tax assessor for 22 years.
Survivors are a daughter, a son, a sister, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
