Mrs. Dunham, wife of the late Robert Dunham, died Monday, June 30, 2008. Born in Newberry, she was a daughter of the late Otis and Mary Elizabeth Abrams Attaway. Mrs. Dunham served as a Lt. in the U.S. Army Nursing Corp. She retired after 30 years at Providence Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room.
Surviving are a daughter, Mary Jo Heard of Columbia; granddaughter, Renee Jenkins and her husband, C.J. of Doughtry, Okla.; and great-granddaughters, Elizabeth Lynne Jenkins and Hailee Jo Jenkins.
The family would like to thank the 8th floor Hospice Care at Palmetto Baptist for their loving care of Mrs. Dunham during her illness.
