Mrs. Barbara Daugherty, 75 Years Old, Dies of Complication of Diseases
Dallastown, Oct, 4.—Mrs. Barbara Daugherty, of this place, died at her home this morning about 11 o'clock. She was 75 years, 11 months and 23 days old. Death was due to a complication of diseases superinduced by old age. She is survived by a husband, and the following children: Prof W. J. Daugherty, Charles Daugherty, Reuben and Vance B. Daugherty, Mrs. Henry Knapper, Mrs. Fred Markey, Mrs. Maggie Geesey, Mrs. Frank Stine, Mrs. Clarence Flinchbaugh, Dallastown; and the Rev. George Daughterty, Greenmount, Md.; and the following brothers and sister: Mrs. Mary Keener, John Eberly, Dallastown; Henry Eberly, Yoe; and Chrystal Eberly, York. The services will be conducted from the family residency, Saturday afternoon at 10 o'clock. Concluding services will he held In the United Brethren church, the Rev. C. C. Miller, the pastor, officiating. He will be assisted by Dr. L. Walter Lutz, Chambersburg, a former pastor.
