MAXBASS Brent Allen Clark, 52, Minot, died Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2013, at a Minot hospital.

He was born April 20, 1961, in Minot, to Herbert and LaVonne (Block) Clark. He was raised in Burlington and Maxbass, and graduated from Maxbass High School in 1980.

He worked for J&J Auto Body in Burlington for many years and was a heavy equipment operator for various companies in recent years. He was once married to Julia Cowell.

Brent enjoyed snowmobiling and spending time with his friends.

Family: sons, Kody Clark, Minot, and Travis Clark, Minot; daughter, Alexis Standish, Ruthville; granddaughter, Lux Clark; father and stepmother, Herbert and Edith Clark, Maxbass; siblings, Julie (Vern) Erck, Burlington, Cindy Strandberg, Minot, Brenda (Allen) Kunka, Gold Canyon, Ariz., Randy (Jackie) Clark, Maxbass, Troy (Lynn) Clark, Minot, Rhonda Clark, Colorado Springs, Colo., and Vicki (William) Finke, Chugiak, Alaska; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Brent was preceded in death by his mother; son, Hunter; and his grandparents.

Memorial service: Saturday, Aug. 10, 2013, at 1 p.m., at English Lutheran Church, Maxbass.

Burial: Eckman Riverside Cemetery, rural Eckman.

Visitation: There will be no reviewal, but friends may sign the register Saturday, two hours prior to the service, at the church.
