Mrs. Lowery was a member of the Rayville United Methodist Church since 1928 and a member of the Boeuf River Chapter of the D.A.R.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Oliver P. Lowery, Sr.; a son, Oliver P. "Bud" Lowery, Jr.; her parents, Carl and Bertha Earle; and by a sister, Catherine Earle Richardson.
She was survived by her daughter, Helene Lowery Reece and husband, Ron; her daughter-in-law, Nancy Albright Lowery; 5 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
